Life Changer Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Life Changer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our app. By accessing or using Life Changer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use Life Changer, you must:

Age Requirement: Be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.
Compliance with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Creation: Only create one account per individual. Multiple accounts are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Life Changer.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree:

Accurate Information: To provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
Content Guidelines: Not to post, share, or upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations.
- Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful.
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- Contains malicious software, viruses, or similar harmful components.
Responsible Use: To use the app responsibly and not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
Fair Play: To follow fair play guidelines while using the in-app game feature and avoid exploiting bugs or engaging in cheating.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

License Grant: By uploading or sharing content, you grant Life Changer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify the content solely for app-related purposes, including promotional and community engagement activities.

Ownership and Responsibility: You retain ownership of your content but agree to take full responsibility for its accuracy and legality.

Content Moderation: Life Changer reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or our policies without prior notice.

Commenting and Chatting: Content shared via comments, chat, or posts must adhere to these Terms.

4. Moderation and Reporting

Content Monitoring: Life Changer actively monitors content to ensure compliance with these Terms and Google Play policies.

Reporting Violations: Users can report inappropriate content or activity by:

Using the "Report" option available with posts, comments, or chat messages.

Actions on Violations:

Reported content will be reviewed promptly, and necessary actions, such as removal or user account suspension, will be taken.
Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may face temporary or permanent account termination.

Reporting Users: Users can report individuals they are chatting with. Upon reporting, the last 5 messages exchanged with the reported user will be sent to Life Changer for review.

5. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

English: Life Changer strictly prohibits any content or behavior that facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes, but is not limited to:

Creating, uploading, or sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Engaging in child grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of children.
Posting or sharing any content that sexualizes minors or promotes their exploitation.
Any inappropriate interaction targeted at children.

Users found violating this policy will have their accounts terminated immediately, and such content will be removed. We will report any instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by law. Users can report any inappropriate content using the in-app reporting feature.

6. Communication Features (Chat and Comments)

Content Guidelines: Chat messages and comments must comply with these Terms, including content guidelines.

Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, spam, or other abusive behavior in chat or comments is strictly prohibited.

Conversation Monitoring: Conversations in the app are not private, and Life Changer may review chat logs for moderation purposes.

AI Chat Features:

Life Changer includes AI-powered chat features (e.g., interactions with characters like Narad, Ravan, Sonia, or Mitwa) powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT API.
Your inputs (e.g., questions or messages) are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. OpenAI may use this data to train or improve their AI models, as per their privacy policy (see https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/).
You will be shown a disclaimer the first time you use these AI features, informing you that we are not responsible for the responses generated by the AI, as they are controlled by OpenAI.

7. In-App Game Features

Fair Play Agreement: By using the game features, you agree to:

Play fairly and refrain from cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automation tools.
Accept that game progress, scores, and rankings may be reset periodically as part of maintenance and updates.

Game Mechanics: Life Changer reserves the right to modify game mechanics, leaderboards, and reward structures at any time.

Reward Eligibility: Rewards earned through the game are subject to eligibility criteria and adherence to these Terms.

8. Quiz Contest and Rewards

Quiz Contest Rules: Life Changer offers a quiz contest feature where users can participate in quizzes and win monetary rewards based on top scores. By participating, you agree to:

Eligibility: Be eligible to participate as per local laws regarding online contests and monetary rewards. Users under 18 years may require parental consent to claim rewards, depending on jurisdiction.
Fair Participation: Play fairly, without using cheats, automation tools, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Leaderboard and Scoring: Scores and rankings are determined by Life Changer and may be adjusted for fairness or technical reasons. We reserve the right to disqualify participants suspected of cheating.
Reward Distribution: Monetary rewards will be distributed to top scorers as per the contest rules, subject to verification. Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxation as per local laws.
Verification Process: To claim rewards, users may need to provide identification or other details for verification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of rewards.
Modification or Cancellation: Life Changer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the quiz contest or its rewards at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to manipulate scores, use multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activities will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

9. Advertisement Services

Life Changer uses Google AdMob as an ad mediation partner to deliver advertisements, including banner and rewarded ads from ad networks such as Google AdMob, LiftOff, and Unity Ads. These ads may provide in-app rewards (e.g., quiz coins, virtual currency). We block sensitive ad categories to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable laws. These ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on your consent, as required by data protection laws like GDPR for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. By using the app, you agree to:

Advertisement Delivery: Advertisements are delivered through AdMob, LiftOff, and Unity Ads and are part of the app experience.
Reward Verification: Rewards earned through ads are subject to verification and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

10. Affiliate Programs

Life Changer participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Amazon Associate Program and the EarnKaro affiliate network, which includes partnerships with shopping platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Boat, and others. We may earn commissions by promoting products or services through affiliate links. We may also participate in additional affiliate programs in the future. By interacting with affiliate links, you agree to:

Affiliate Link Interaction: Clicking on affiliate links may lead to third-party websites, and purchases made through these links may result in commissions for Life Changer.
Data Collection: Affiliate partners may collect data (e.g., clicks, purchase details) as outlined in our Privacy Policy (https://www.lifechanger.my/privacy-policy) and their respective privacy policies (e.g., Amazon: Amazon Privacy Notice, EarnKaro: EarnKaro Privacy Policy).

11. User Obligations for Advertisements and Affiliate Programs

By interacting with advertisements or affiliate links, you agree to:

Consent Management: Provide consent for personalized or non-personalized ads via the in-app consent system (Google User Messaging Platform).
Proper Interaction: Engage with ads and affiliate links in good faith, avoiding fraudulent activities like repeated clicking, generating fake clicks, or using automated tools.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Violations may lead to account suspension, loss of rewards, or legal action.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Account Consequences: Suspended or terminated accounts may lose access to content, rewards, or privileges.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Service Provision: Life Changer provides its services "as is" without warranties.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

AI Response Disclaimer:

We use third-party AI models (e.g., ChatGPT by OpenAI). We do not control the content, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.
Life Changer is not responsible for AI-generated content, which does not reflect our views. A disclaimer is shown on first use.

Advertisement and Affiliate Disclaimer: We do not control the content or delivery of ads served by AdMob, LiftOff, Unity Ads, or affiliate links from Amazon, EarnKaro, or other future partners, and we are not responsible for their accuracy or issues arising from interactions.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Changer is not liable for damages from app use, including data loss or consequences of AI, ad, or affiliate interactions.

14. Changes to Terms

Term Modifications: Life Changer may modify these Terms at any time.

Notification of Changes: Significant changes will be notified via in-app notifications or email. Continued use signifies acceptance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Changer, superseding prior agreements.

20. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
